Best Image Policy

At Bloom Ultrasound and Pregnancy Spa, our goal is to provide every family with a memorable bonding experience and the best possible keepsake images of their baby. Because ultrasound image quality is influenced by factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific images, facial views, poses, or image clarity.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To help maximize image quality, clients are encouraged to eat a light snack approximately 30 minutes before their appointment. Increased fetal activity may improve the opportunity to capture clear images and video clips.

For comfort and ease of access, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing, such as a dress, leggings, or comfortable pants.

Image Quality & Visibility

Image quality may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

  • Baby's position or movement

  • Gestational age

  • Placenta placement, including anterior placenta

  • Amniotic fluid levels

  • Maternal body composition

  • Limited space within the womb during later stages of pregnancy

These factors are normal and beyond the control of Bloom Ultrasound and Pregnancy Spa. Therefore, specific image results cannot be guaranteed.

Clients who are 34 weeks or further along in pregnancy should understand that obtaining full facial images may become more difficult due to the baby's size and position.

Complimentary Re-Scans

If our technician determines that optimal images cannot be obtained during your appointment, one complimentary re-scan may be offered at Bloom's discretion and based on appointment availability.

Complimentary re-scans:

  • Are available for standard ultrasound sessions only

  • Must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment

  • Are available Monday through Thursday only

  • Do not include additional printed images unless purchased separately

  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value

Failure to attend a scheduled re-scan appointment or arrival more than 5 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the complimentary re-scan.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of elective ultrasound services, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Baby's position preventing desired images

  • Limited image clarity

  • Gender disappointment

  • Gender determination errors

  • Placenta placement affecting image quality

  • Missed facial views or specific desired poses

  • Fetal inactivity or excessive movement

  • Client dissatisfaction related to image quality when services were provided

  • Missed appointments, late arrivals, or unused services

  • Laboratory fees associated with DNA testing once samples have been collected

Once an ultrasound session has begun or a DNA sample has been collected, services are considered rendered and are non-refundable.

Our Commitment

While image quality can never be guaranteed, our trained technicians will always make every reasonable effort to provide the best possible experience, keepsake images, and memories for your family. Complimentary re-scans may be offered when appropriate to help achieve better viewing conditions.
